Warriors Fans Will Love This Upcoming Nike Air Max 2090

With the NBA releasing its tentative calendar for the 2020-21 season, basketball fans now have much to converse about. Golden State Warriors fans also have a new sneaker release to look forward to – a new Nike Air Max 2090 will be released in full royal blue and yellow glory.

Fusing the look of the archetypal Air Max 90 with new Nike Air cushioning technology, the Air Max 2090 arrives with uppers constructed of transparent mesh and textiles colored in a rich blue reminiscent of the Dubs. The signature cassette also opts for a matching royal blue shade. To darken the color palette, black is used on elements such as the cropped swoosh, heel, and tongue. While the mudguard—a feature descended from the Air Max 90—is also black, it has a bright yellow contrast stitch detail. The pop of color elevates the model to create a sleek look that’s far from boring.

A release date has yet to be announced, so check out official images here below. For more remixed classics by Nike, check out the new NDSTRKT Air Max 95.
