The Nike NDSTRKT Air Force 1 Features Exterior Armor At The Toe And Heel

First having appeared on the 25th-Anniversary-celebrating Nike Air Max 95, Nike Sportswear’s experimental NDSTRKT treatment has recently emerged on the beloved Nike Air Force 1.

An official backstory hasn’t been disclosed about the reworked design, but the tooling falls inline with future-forward spins prevalent under the N.354 label. Unlike the aforementioned Air Max’s NDSTRKT iteration, the Air Force 1 Low‘s simply attaches heavy-duty overlays across the forefoot, tongue label and heel instead of tweaking the model’s DNA. The rubber add-ons feature various textures ostensibly for protection, and are reminiscent of the Swoosh’s futsal and tennis propositions. Whereas they opt into a “Black” makeup, the rest of the sneaker, which also dons suede around the toe, indulges in a timeless “White” ensemble; profile swooshes and heel panels, however, boast a reflective finish.

Enjoy a detailed look at the NDSTRKT Air Force 1 ahead, and expect pairs to arrive to stateside Nike.com after launching in Asia on December 1st.

For more from NIKE, Inc., the Air Jordan 4 “Fire Red” arrives on November 28th in full-family sizing.
