KITH x Nike Air Force 1 Low “New York” Releases On December 18th

Kith has teamed up with Nike and the New York Knicks for an multi-dimensional capsule that touches on a number of Big Apple connections under one expansive collection. The centerpiece is the oft-previewed Air Force 1 Low “New York”; reviving 2001’s Air Force 1 “Taiwan” design, this upcoming release revisits the city-specific aspect with a white pebbled leather upper, the Nike NYC logo at the heel, the familiar enlarged Swoosh with blue and orange, and translucent soles. This is part of a 16-piece collection that also includes a series of Nike apparel, modeled here Juelz Santana, Cam’Ron, and Jim Jones, a trio known best as the famed Diplomats. It should be noted that an alternate black leather colorway has also been previewed earlier this Summer, although it’s not clear if those are releasing as part of this initial capsule.

Kith has also designed the City Edition jersey for the New York Knicks; the squad will wear that specific jersey on Friday evenings as well as the one nationally televised game on the Knicks’ ledger.

The entire collection is confirmed to release at all Kith shops and Kith.com on Friday, December 18th beginning at 11am ET.
