It’s no question that the New Balance 992 will be as successful in 2021 as it was the year prior. As one of the silhouette’s most energetic releases yet, the scheme brings along a number of loud tones and offsets them with the brand’s signature neutrals. Along the mudguard and mid-panel, for instance, a dark and light grey outfits, respectively, grounding the shoe in contrast to loud primaries applied adjacent. Yellows dress atop the laces as well as the heel stabilizer, royal blues can be found along much of the mesh underneath, and a fair bit of green is coated across the leather overlays throughout.
