With Spring approaching, it is extremely fitting for the often colorfully-clad Nike Air Max Plus to unveil more arrangements. Reminiscent of the soon-to-be longer days, Bright Crimson and purple land on an upcoming pair for a sunset-like color palette.
The hexagonal mesh uppers are drenched in Bright Crimson, with the color also tinting the wavy TPU overlays. However, the bold shade on these overlays fades to black to blend in with the dark, patent leather mudguard. On both the lateral and medial sides, an orange side Swoosh is found, in which the color also found in the sole’s Air units. To balance all the aforementioned warm tones and round out the sunset color scheme, purple is used for the midsole piece and clusters of the Tn Air-branded outsole. More Tn branding is seen on the tongue and heel, maintaining the ’90s Max Air heritage.
The pair will drop at Nike.com this Spring/Summer season for $170.
