The Nike Air Max Genome Set To Debut In “Bright Mango”

Similar to last year, 2021’s Air Max Day further expanded the line-up’s new generation of silhouettes. Alongside the Air Max Pre-Day, the brand unveiled the Air Max Genome, a 2000s inspired silhouette that already has quite a few colorways on the way.

The pair here may seem quite familiar to you as we wrote up its GS alternate only a couple of weeks ago. And like its younger, smaller counterpart, the pair leads with bright, Summer-ready “Bright Mango” shades. These dress the mid-panel as well as the majority of the sole, while neutral hits of black and grey balance out the colorway adjacent. These mesh and synthetic fixtures take up a sizable portion of the shoe, the spotlight only stolen away by the aforementioned orange, the heel pull’s large text, and the full-length Air Unit.

For a better look, see the official images below. A release is due to hit Nike.com and select retailers on April 15th.

In other news, a White/Gum Air Raid is releasing soon.
