Do you remember when UV-sensitive customs were all the rage? Well, adidas Yeezy definitely does. With their next Yeezy Boost 350 v2, the sub-label is calling back to a time many likely forgot, adding the color-changing treatment to this new “Light” colorway.
But at first glance, the pair keeps it rather simple — familiar, in fact. The Primeknit shell displays a rather typical white neutral, complementing the primary tone of the features adjacent. Laces, then, seem to contrast slightly in a darker hue, with the lining following suit as per usual. The heel pull and sole, on the other hand, are yellowed to an intense degree, both made to better enhance the side stripe that transitions from a light grey to a deep brown.
For a first look at the pair in-hand, check the images below. A release is currently set to land this Spring/Summer likely at adidas.com/Yeezy and select retailers.
In other news, more adidas Yeezy 500 Highs are coming this May.
