Michael Le Summer 2022 is brewing up to be quite an eventful season, with a number of new releases surfacing every day. Here, the Air Jordan 1 takes the spotlight yet again, appearing in a vibrant “Volt” colorway.
Unlike Billie Eilish’s take on the AJKO, this pair tones down the neon by a couple degrees. While still the star of the show, its stage has been reduced dramatically, the shade allowed only to outfit the distressed overlays — toe cap, ankle flap, counter, etc. — as well as the tongue’s branded label. Elsewhere, “Sail” is used at many of the underlying fixtures, contrasting the Swoosh and collar whose black exterior is treated with a crackle finish.
