The Nike React SFB Carbon Low Delivers A Militaristic Styling

Nike is selective with their SFB (Special Field Boot) title, reserving it only for the silhouettes that are up to spec. So just like the rest of the collection, the React SFB Carbon Low is utility intense, designed specifically for “special operators” and “outdoor athletes” alike. Here, a militaristic colorway dresses the shoe, intertwining it much more closely with the line-up’s roots.

A mix of “Light Army” and “Cargo Khaki” are used throughout the upper, giving every instance of olive a look distinct from what’s adjacent. The offering only becomes more dynamic elsewhere thanks to the various prints, which range from minimal camoflauge to ripstop-like gridding. Blacks, then, mix in over top, speckling the whites of the tread while fully outfitting the partially woven Swoosh. A touch of crimson rounds out the palette, bringing attention to the lace unit’s topmost loop as well as the “SFS” branding.
