Thankfully, Nike has paid as much attention to women’s exclusive Dunks as they have men’s. Soon, the “University Gold” pack will expand the selection two-fold, adding to the Holiday season both a new Low and High.
The high-top is a much more fitting interpretation of the collection’s themes. Alongside the gilded Swoosh are complementary hits of yellow, albeit one quite a few shades darker than the metallic it accompanies. White, then, fills in the base and midsole, the latter of which is dressed underfoot with a pop of orange. This warm tone makes a grander appearance on the low-top, accenting alongside features similar to its taller counterpart. And even more similarly, the outsole makes the two’s connection further explicit.
