Kith x Nike Air Force 1 Low “Knicks” Set For Christmas Day Release

Kith x Nike Air Force 1 Low “Knicks” Set For Christmas Day Release

Currently sitting at 12th place in the NBA’s Eastern Conference, the New York Knicks may not be title favorites, but they continue to energize the city in ways other franchises wish they could with their respective towns. Ahead of the team’s Christmas Day-matchup with Trae Young and the Atlanta Hawks, Kith has unveiled a Nike Air Force 1 Low inspired by Madison Square Garden’s home team.

Predominantly clad in black, the upcoming sneakers feature NY Knicks-appropriate colors at the glossy profile swooshes and tongue logos. If there was any doubt about the pair’s inspiration, Ronnie Fieg and team have embroidered the famed-“NYC” swoosh emblem on the lateral heel. Sole units underfoot opt for a traditional white midsole coupled with a semi-translucent outsole that further allows the Air Force 1‘s detailing up-top to revel in the spotlight.

Enjoy behind-the-scenes images of the sneakers’ campaign shoot here below, and anticipate a Kith.com-exclsuive launch come December 25th.

For more swoosh-branded footwear, check out the Air Max 1 ahead of its 35th anniversary.
