Sneaker News Maharishi may not be best known for footwear collaborations, but the utilitarian clothing outfitter has developed a cult-like following for its sneaker and shoe endeavors.
Recently, the 28-year-old company lent its creative vision to the Reebok Classic Leather Legacy AZ, an updated take on the decades-old silhouette. Unlike other collaborations from the military-inspired garb experts, the upcoming sneakers forgo any camouflage patterns, opting instead for a mix of materials in shades of understated brown and black. Traditional “Reebok” branding on the lateral profiles is replaced with “maharishi” text, marking the offering’s special attribute. Lastly, the modern-day cushioning and tread solution underfoot boasts a straightforward black and light gum brown color combination, allowing for the upper to steal the show.
