The Social Status x Nike Air Max Penny “Black” To Release Again On July 22nd

Today, the Social Status x Nike Air Max Penny “Recess” released in two different colorways, both of which have since sold out in every size. And if you were among one of the many to take an L don’t fret, as the “Black” pair is expected to drop again on July 22nd.

An extension of past storylines — namely, the boutique’s “School Lunch” collection from 2021 — the “Recess” sees the beloved silhouette shrouded primarily in black and white. The Swoosh, though, alternates between a kit replete with different colors and prints, visually recalling the netted bag filled to the brim with a variety of pastimes. And underneath these detachable logos, bright blues poke out in complement to the matching hits across the outsole and Air Units. Moreover, new branding is also affixed to the heel, celebrating the partnership without removing the Hardaway insignia on the tongue.

In other news, early images of the 2022 Air Jordan 2 Chicago have finally surfaced.
