adidas Trae Young 2 “Team Solar Green” Drops On November 1st

After sharing comparisons with a litany of players throughout his high school and college days – most notably Stephen Curry – Trae Young has since carved out a lane for himself as the Atlanta Hawks lightning quick head honcho capable of a flurry of buckets at a moments notice. While Young and a retooled roster were preparing for the 2022-23 season, The Three Stripes  was putting the finishing touches on their signature star’s second signature silhouette.

Initially debuting the Trae Young 2 in a trio of propositions, the first offering is set to release next week. Inspired by the OG adilette slide, a “Core Black” treatment seeps dominantly across its its adaptive SCK360 knit upper while the models laces, pull tabs and suede overlays additionally come color-matched.  Contrasting its jet-black shading above, violet accents come stitched into the heel counter while underfoot, a turquoise to “Team Solar Green” gradient ensues across the heel’s Ultra Boost-inspired sole unit and flexed grooves of the tread in conclusion.

Enjoy official images of the debut adidas Trae Young 2 below while we sit tight on the pairs release next Tuesday, November 1st for a retail price of $140 at adidas.com.
