This summer has been dominated by NMD madness, as the breathable, lightweight lifestyle offering from adidas Originals has been such a sought after silhouette thanks to its simple, understated design and unique cushioning system for added comfort.

The adidas NMD R2 manages to simplify things further as a new midsole unit gets rid of the Micropacer inspired elements for a sleeker full-length Boost while the medial side showcases an enlarged shank for added support. Even the Primeknit woven construction will change, as a new pattern utilizes speckles and stripes to work well with a suede heel and sock-like fit on the ankle support.
