Nike Air Penny III Retro - White - Royal Blue - Spring 2009

Back in early July, we had a preview of the upcoming Air Penny III Retro schedule for Spring 2009, here is a full view of the upcoming retro. We also now  have confirmation that two of the original coloways will be released Spring 2009, this colorway and the Black – Royal Blue we posted mid-July. The Air Penny III was Anfernee “Penny” Hardaway’s third numbered signature shoe he wore briefly during his Orlando Magic career. The Penny III which features a “posite” upper has a liquid look to them so many have nicknamed the “liquids”. Unfortunately, the Penny 3 saw very little court time due to the devastating left knee injury incurred early in the 1997-98 season. Now the Air Penny III is being retroed for all the Lil Penny fans out there. Look for it Spring 2009. Big thanks to Chris Vidal Photography
