A Warm Sunrise Gradient Hits The Resurgent Nike Shox TL

Nike’s Shox TL has been enjoying a bountiful resurgence in 2019, being called upon for a Neymar Jr collaboration as well as releasing in a veritable smorgasbord of clean in-line colorways, and now it’s set to arrive in a warm “Sunrise” makeup. Most well-known from the Air Max Plus — where it’s referred to as the “Sunset” — and also recently used for the Air Max 720, this welcome colorway calls upon a high-temperature gradient fade, starting with a yellowish-gold on the toebox and throat before gradually fading to a simmering red on the lower half and heel. All of these tropical colors are accented by plenty of stark black overlays and trim, while the sizeable black midfoot Swoosh is rimmed by further yellow embroidery. Down below, the TL’s plethora of pistons are all coated in a jet black, and a rugged black outsole finalizes the look. Peep a full set of official images directly below, and expect the sun to rise on these new Nike Shox via Nike.com soon, complete with a $170 USD price tag.
