The Golden State Warriors Get Their Own Nike Air Force 1 Low

The Golden State Warriors Get Their Own Nike Air Force 1 Low

Heading into the 2018-2019 NBA season, the Golden State Warriors are the favorites to repeat as league champions, with an impressive Vegas betting line of -195. The Bay Area bombers have retained their elite core of Steph Curry, Kevin Durant, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green, while also adding a grade-a big man in DeMarcus Cousins. The boys in blue and yellow are certainly facing high expectations too — as anything less than an NBA Championship will surely be considered an abject failure. Thankfully they’ve also got some special new sneakers, as Nike has unveiled a special Warriors-colored Air Force 1 Low, just in time for the start of the season. The upper is constructed of a royal blue leather, while a holographic golden swoosh and heel provide championship-ready pops of color and style. A yellow stripe circles around the entire foot, and a classic white AF1 midsole rounds off the commemorative look. GSW fans can expect these new Forces to release October 4th on Nike.com, with a retail price of $110 USD.
