Kobe Bryant’s Nike Mamba Fury Just Dropped In An Alternate “Bruce Lee”

Kobe Bryant’s Nike Mamba Fury Just Dropped In An Alternate “Bruce Lee”

For obvious reasons, official releases on Nike’s behalf of Kobe signature models have come to a halt, leaving only but teaser images of forthcoming colorways and Protro rumors to linger amongst the web. However, while the Beaverton office still bands together to plan their future rollout, they’re allowing us to feel a little spirit of the future Hall of Famer by introducing a new offering relative to his takedown lineage: the Mamba Fury. The budget-friendly silhouette sports a low-profile and technical shape that features scaly textures along the forefoot reminiscent of the Kobe 6, as well as a lipped out heel spoiler calling to mind a similar design element to the Kobe A.D from 2016. First on its roster to hit the market is this alternate “Bruce Lee” makeup that pairs stark black base layers with sprinkled red accents, which sits atop a full yellow outsole covered in mamba-inspired graphics. If you’re looking to pick these up, they are available now on Eastbay.com for $100 USD.

In other news, the Kobe 6 Grinch is rumored to see a reissue in 2021.
