Known to be quite eclectic in their own right, Cactus Plant Flea Market’s first collaboration with Nike atop the Vapormax screams in their playful design language, pushing the performance-driven silhouette into a realm of uninhibited imagination. With a larger launch slated for later this month, glimpses of a Friends and Family run reveal the duo’s literally charged up modification as the entire bottom comes lined in a light-up neon tubing. Gradient cushioning double up the color while uppers opt for a much more neutralizing grey, topping off the entire kit with the label’s signature dual eyed smiley face and a massively printed “JUST DO IT,” which sits along the medial on the right foot and lateral on the left. Grab a look at the F&F pair — which was made in extremely low quantities and will likely not hit retail — and expect to see the general release on Nike.com as well as select retailers come May 14th.
