Air Jordan 7 “Flint” To Return In 2021

Air Jordan 7 “Flint” To Return In 2021

While the Air Jordan 7 hasn’t been a focal silhouette in the Jordan releases of 2020, recent rumors of a “Flint” retro for next year suggest the 28-year-old silhouette has simply been allowing its Air Jordan kin to welcome the new decade in the spotlight, while it’s been planning ahead.

First released in April 2006, the Jordan 7 “Flint” features a grey suede base overlaid with white leather. The pair’s arrangement of the titular hue resembles original “Raptors” and “Bordeaux” iterations, but its combination with “Varsity Purple” branding delivers a lifestyle spin unlike previous Jordan 7 releases. Underfoot, midsoles are predominantly kept white, but their signature “teeth”-like accents partially don black. Dimpled tread further indulge in the release’s “Flint” scheme, but is interrupted by a violet-colored Jumpman logo and angular shapes at the heel and forefoot, respectively.

Enjoy a look at a Jordan 7 “Flint” pair from 2006 below as you wait its retro to hit Nike.com in 2021. As with most early-looks, final versions of the sneakers may differ.

Elsewhere under the Jumpman umbrella, the long-anticipated Air Dior collection is set to begin its rollout on July 8th.
