Jovani Hernandez adidas Yeezy has been busy during the first three months of 2022. In addition to re-energizing the Yeezy Boost 350 v2, Ye’s label is set to show some love to the Yeezy 500, which is expected to release in a “Granite” style this spring.
At first glance, the upcoming Yeezys resemble past “Ash Grey” and “Brown Clay” releases. Porous mesh bases and their leather and suede overlays all indulge in varying shades of grey, with the darkest ones landing on the breathable material visible throughout the profiles, tongue and heel. No design changes have been made to the low-top silhouette, which debuted in 2018, though adiPrene cushioning and the Feet You Wear-tread underfoot boast a refreshing gun metal grey-reminiscent makeover. Together, each aforementioned component helps propel the Yeezy brand forward, just as the being formerly known as “Kanye West” always planned.
