The collaborative ventures between Los Angeles-based designer John Elliott and LeBron James continue to roll along this month with a brand new iteration of the Nike LeBron Icon set to release in this impending “Sail” colorway. The lifestyle-driven silhouette is the perfect marriage of the two parties bringing the sleek and minimal design language from the John Elliott brand and fusing it with the basketball attitude and aesthetic of the King himself. Keeping its customary design lines, translucent upper, and LeBron 8 cushioning system, this mid-profile edition opts for an angelic white and sail color scheme covering the shoe in its entirety and goes down as the model’s cleanest makeover to date. Releasing alongside a more vibrant “Fuchsia” rendition, both pairs will release on September 13th at JE’s LA flagship store and website, followed by a wider release at Nike retailers on September 14th for $250 USD. Enjoy an official look at the shoes here below and keep it locked for more updates regarding future collaborations.
