The Nike Air Max 90 Contrasts “Oil Green” With A Grey Base

The Nike Air Max 90 Contrasts “Oil Green” With A Grey Base

Although several sneaker enthusiasts hit their Nike Air Max 90 quota with this season’s “Infrared” (or “Radiant Red” as it was touted) retro, the 30-year-old design is continuing its milestone anniversary celebration up until December 31st. Case in point: A greyscale-laden option featuring “Oil Green” accents.

The mixed-materials upper on the forthcoming pair boasts a slew of grey tones, namely “Light Smoke Grey” and “Iron Grey.” “Black” enters the mix on the mesh underlays, as well as on the leather mudguards (which is ostensibly a nod to the silhouette’s original arrangement). TPU detailing near the tongue, on the heel and on the profiles introduce a muted green hue that resembles the color schemes that’ve appeared on some of the most celebrated Nike Air Max propositions of the year. Visible Air cushioning enclosures underfoot follow suit, and work in-tandem with a “White” midsole/”Black” outsole combination to create a composition that’s appropriate year-round.

An official Nike.com release date is still unknown, but this Air Max 90 is likely to launch before 2020 ends. In any case, enjoy a gallery of images ahead.
