Giannis Antetokounmpo’s Nike Zoom Freak 2 Covered In Playful Illustrations

Giannis Antetokounmpo‘s dominance of the NBA’s Eastern Conference has yet to pan out for the 2020-21 season, but what’s already solidified are impressive takes of the forward’s Nike Zoom Freak 2. Case in point: a “Midnight Navy/Poison Green/Fire Pink” option featuring playful illustrations all-throughout.

Most of the model’s mixed-materials upper indulges in a rich dark blue tone, but profile swooshes interrupt with their vibrant gold makeup. Lateral side logos up the ante with their embroidered cats, clubs and other whimsical figures. The tongue and back panel follow suit, although they revert back to a “Midnight Navy” scheme, donning multi-colored umbrellas, ladders and other graphics that surely pertain to a theme near-and-dear to the current Milwaukee Buck. Sole units underfoot boast a white midsole complemented by “Fire Pink” support ridges on the lateral side; the tone also takes over the outsole directly underneath the forefoot, while a vibrant blue animates the tread towards the heel.

Enjoy a gallery of images ahead, and expect pairs of the Zoom Freak 2 to arrive to retailers beginning on December 1st.
